Production Description
Every year, China's mechanical sector suffers losses of up to billions of yuan in public facilities, property, and personal safety due to loose connections or human theft and damage, which has a significant impact on the healthy operation of the national economy. The anti-theft nut is formed in one step with a cold pier and does not require secondary processing. The surface is hot-dip galvanized. There is a pair of blind grooves on the internal thread, with a curved cross-section. The radial depth gradually increases in the opposite direction of the thread direction. The two blind grooves are equipped with two ball bearings and special plastic inner liners and washers to ensure that the ball bearings move freely.
When tightening the nut clockwise, the ball rolls along the arc shaped blind groove, and the plastic inner liner of the nut will automatically come off. When loosening the nut counterclockwise, the radial size of the blind groove gradually decreases, and the ball is stuck in the thread, making it impossible to loosen the nut, thus playing a role in preventing theft. This model of anti-theft nut has been widely used in national power and signal towers, with convenient operation and strong anti-theft effect.
